This major mixed-use development in Karachi consisted of a shopping mall at podium level, three office towers and a five star hotel. 4,000 car park spaces were provided for staff and visitors.
The concept was derived from structure of flower with all five towers representing petals of the flower. These buildings sit on a podium designed as a shopping mall. The shopping mall offers ample retail spaces, Anchor stores, hyper Market, cineplex, kids play zone , food court and roof top restaurants.
Three tall buildings of 55, 50 and 45 floors respectively are designed as commercial Office Tower offering flexible commercial office space. Another key feature of these buildings is there entrance lobbies, which are designed as an atrium with panoramic elevators, which while in operation provide unobstructed view of Karachi skyline.The shortest tower is designed as a five-star hotel with 350 keys.
The top floor is allocated to the top management offering offices for GM and other executives, a board room and VIP lounges.Building is also provided with two basements offering parking spaces for 200 employees.
